For some reason, Zendesk has limited our ability to see more than 13 views on the left side of the screen.
What's the answer to this? Quick Views! Aka Quickie.
This nifty tool allows you to see *all* your views, in nested folders.
Steps to have all your Zendesk Views at your fingertips:
- Install Quickie
- Review your Views and rename to include the Folder using the ::
- Sales::All Open Tickets
- Sales::Tickets with Manager Approval
- The word "Sales" becomes the folder name
- Reorder all views to appear in the order you'd like them. Keep in mind who has access to which Views.
Et Voila! You're done!
Have your Agents hit refresh and you're good to go!
